To be honest with you, and by you, I mean me…because no way is anyone going to read this. I decided why not, about 5 minutes after I watched Steve Jobs 2005 Stanford commencement speech, if you haven’t seen it, watch it. Seriously. It is inspiring and life changing. As I am stuck in the middle of midterms and other school projects, I am only thinking about 2 things… 1)that I really though group work would be over when I finished high school and 2) I need a vacation. Being that I live in Canada, I feel the general population gets that way, after what feels like hundreds of years of Winter (no exaggeration… the entire part of outside the wall in Game of Thrones is probably about Canada… re: The Lands of Always Winter), that a vacation may actually thaw us out and remove the freeze from our bones. I used to write a lot when I was younger, back when life seemed simpler, there weren’t any bills, you didn’t have to grocery shop or clean the house.. you know, all the “adulting” tasks. Though, can I really be an adult if I am sitting here eating ice cream and ignoring my to-do list? Probably not. Anyway, to get on with my point, I decided to start writing about travel and how to get the most bang for your buck without compromising experience and comfort. So I hope you enjoy the following posts about tips and tricks and some itineraries I have put together.
